စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ တရားစွဲဆိုမှုကို ဒေါက်တာဆာဆာ တုံ့ပြန်

ယနေ့ မတ်လ ၁၆ နေ့စွဲဖြင့် စစ်ကောင်စီက ဒေါက်တာဆာဆာအား နိုင်ငံတော် သစ္စာဖောက်မှုဖြင့် တရားစွဲဆိုခဲ့သည်ကို ဒေါက်တာဆာဆာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းပြန်လည်တုံ့ပြန်လိုက်ပါတယ်။

ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်၏ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ အထူးသံတမန် ဒေါက်တာ ဆာဆာ၏ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ဒီကနေ့ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ စစ်အာဏာရှင်တွေက နိုင်ငံတော်သစ္စာဖောက်မှုနဲ့ စွဲချက်တင်ခံရတဲ့အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူပါကြောင်း ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ စစ်အာဏာရှင်ကို သစ္စာဖောက်တယ် ဆိုတာက ကျွန်တော်ဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေနဲ့ တသားတည်းရပ်တည်ပြီး ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့အသက်ကို ပြည်သူတွေရဲ့ လွတ်လပ်ခွင့်အတွက်၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီအတွက်နဲ့ တရားမျှတမှုအတွက် ပေးအပ်ထားတယ်လို့ ဆိုလိုတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဒီကနေ့ ကျွန်တော့်ကို နိုင်ငံတော်သစ္စာဖောက်မှုကြီးနဲ့ စွတ်စွဲနေတဲ့ ဒီစစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးတွေကပဲ ကျွန်တော်တို့[တိုင်းရင်းသား]တွေကို နှိပ်စက်ညှင်းပန်းတာ၊ အဓမ္မလုပ်အားပေးခိုင်းစေတာ၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်တာ၊ မုဒိန်းကျင့်တာနဲ့ သတ်ဖြတ်တာတွေကို ကျွန်တော် ဘဝမှာ မြင်တွေ့ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီစစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးတွေကပဲ ဒီကနေ့မှာ လက်နက်မဲ့ပြည်သူတွေကို တိုင်းပြည်နေရာအနှံ့အပြားက လမ်းတွေပေါ်မှာသတ်ဖြတ်ဖို့ စစ်တပ်ကို အမိန့်ပေးနေပါတယ်။ဥပဒေနဲ့ဆန့်ကျင်တဲ့ တရားမဝင်တဲ့ ဒီစစ်အာဏာရှင်တွေဟာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ နှစ်ပေါင်း ၇၀ အတွင်းမှာလည်း တိုင်းရင်းသားတွေအပေါ် အလွန့်အလွန် ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်မှုတွေနဲ့ လူသားမျိုးနွယ်အပေါ် ကျူးလွန်တဲ့ ရာဇဝတ်မှုတွေကို ဆက်တိုက်ကျူးလွန်နေခဲ့ကြတယ်။ ကချင်၊ ကရင်၊ ကယား၊ ရှမ်း၊ မွန်၊ ရခိုင်၊ ချင်း…. ၁၉၈၈ မှာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာဆန္ဒပြကြတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေကို ရာနဲ့ချီသတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၁၉၉၇ ခုနှစ်မှာ လက်နက်မဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေကို သတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၂၀၀၇ ခုနှစ် ရွှေဝါရောင်တော်လှန်ရေးမှာ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ သံဃာတော်တွေကို ရိုက်နှက်သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်မှာ သူတို့ကပဲ ရိုဟင်ဂျာတွေကို လူမျိုးတုန်းသတ်ဖို့ အမိန့်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ လွတ်လပ်ရေး [ရပြီးနောက်]သမိုင်းတလျှောက်လုံးကို ကြည့်ရင် ပြည်သူကို ကာကွယ်ဖို့တာဝန်ယူထားတဲ့သူတွေရဲ့ ကျူးလွန်မှုတွေကြောင့်ပဲ ကျွန်တော်တို့ တနိုင်ငံလုံး သွေးထွက်သံယိုမှုတွေနဲ့ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခတွေကို ခံစားခဲ့ကြရတယ်။နေ့စဉ်နဲ့အမျှ နိုင်ငံတော်သစ္စာဖောက်မှုကြီးကိုကျူးလွန်နေသူတွေဟာ ဒီစစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးတွေပဲ။ သူတို့လိုချင်တာမှန်သမျှ ကြိုက်သလို ယူနေကြတယ်။ လူထုရဲ့ ရပိုင်ခွင့် အခွင့်အရေးတွေကို ငြင်းပယ်နေကြတယ်။ သူတို့လမ်းမှာ အတားအဆီးဖြစ်သူတွေ ဘယ်သူ့ကိုမဆို ဖိနှိပ်နေတယ်။ ဒီကနေ့မှာ ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်တဲ့ နိုင်ငံတော်သစ္စာဖောက်မှု ကြေညာချက်ဟာ ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီ၊ လွတ်လပ်ခွင့်နဲ့ တရားမျှတမှုကို စစ်ကြေညာလိုက်တာပဲ ဖြစ်တယ်။ ဒီရာဇဝတ်ကောင်တွေကို တရားခွင်ကို မပို့နိုင်မချင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဘယ်တော့မှ ရပ်သွားမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ကျွန်တော်ဟာ လွတ်လပ်မှုအတွက် ရပ်တည်တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီအတွက် ရပ်တည်တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ကျွန်တော့နိုင်ငံမှာ တရားမျှတမှုရှိဖို့အတွက် ရပ်တည်တယ်။ စစ်တပ်ရဲ့ ကြမ်းကြုတ်ရက်စက်မှုတွေနဲ့ သွေးထွက်သံယို အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတွေ ရပ်တန်းကရပ်ဖို့ ကျွန်တော် ဆက်ပြီး တောင်းဆိုတယ်။ ဒီကနေ့မှာ အဲဒီတောင်းဆိုချက်တွေကို ထပ်မံတောင်းဆိုတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ ဘယ်တော့မှ ရပ်နားသွားမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သူတို့ရဲ့ လွတ်လပ်မှုတွေအတွက် ဆန္ဒပြနေကြတဲ့ လက်နက်မဲ့ အရပ်သားတွေ – ရဲရင့်ကြတဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကပြည်သူလူထုတွေ- ကို စစ်ပွဲသုံးလက်နက်တွေနဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်နေခဲ့တဲ့ စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်တွေရဲ့ နိုင်ငံတော် သစ္စာဖောက်မှုကြီးကို ရပ်ပစ်ဖို့အတွက် ဆက်ပြီးတော့လည်း နိုင်ငံတကာက အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်လာဖို့ တောင်းဆိုသွားမယ်။ သေဒဏ်အပြစ်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ ဒီစွဲချက်က ကျွန်တော့်ကို ကြောက်သွားအောင် မခြောက်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ မြန်မာတနိုင်ငံလုံးက လမ်းမတွေပေါ်မှာ နေ့စဉ်နဲ့အမျှ သူတို့ရဲ့ အသက်တွေကို ရင်းပြီး ဆန္ဒပြနေကြတဲ့ ရဲရင့်လှတဲ့မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေကို ဟန့်တားပိတ်ပင်လို့မရသလိုဘဲ ကျွန်တော့်ကိုလည်း ဟန့်တားပိတ်ပင်လို့ မရပါဘူး။တကယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ဒီစစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်တွေ၊ စစ်အာဏာရှင်တွေကိုသာ လူသားထုအပေါ်ကျူးလွန်တဲ့ ရာဇဝတ်မှု၊ လူမျိုးတုန်းသတ်ဖြတ်မှုတွေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတော်သစ္စာဖောက်မှုအတွက် စွဲချက်တင်ရမှာပါ။ နေ့စဉ်နဲ့အမျှ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ သူတို့ကျူးလွန်တဲ့ ရာဇဝတ်မှုတွေရဲ့ သက်သေအထောက်အထားတွေကို စုဆောင်းရယူနေပါတယ်။ သူတို့ကို တရားခွင်တင်နိုင်တဲ့အထိ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အနားယူကြမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ပိတ်ပင်ဟန့်တားလို့ မရပါဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထုအတွက် တရားမျှတမှု ရရှိစေဖို့အတွက် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ရာဇဝတ်မှုတရားရုံးကို တင်ပါမယ်။ကျွန်တော့်ကို နိုင်ငံတော်သစ္စာဖောက်မှုနဲ့ စွဲချက်တင်တဲ့လုပ်ရပ်ကိုကြည့်ရင် ဥပဒေနဲ့မညီညွတ်တဲ့ တရားမဝင်တဲ့ စစ်အာဏာရှင်တွေဟာ သူတို့ ထိန်းချုပ်လို့ မရတော့ဘူး၊ အနိုင်မရနိုင်တော့ဘူးဆိုတာကို သိလာကြပြီး အကြီးအကျယ် ကြံရာမရဖြစ်နေတယ်ဆိုတာကို ပြသလိုက်တာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီ အောင်မြင်ရမည်လွတ်လပ်မှုက အောင်မြင်ရမည်တရားမျှတမှုက

Statement by Dr Sasa, Special Envoy to the United Nations of the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH), The Union Parliament of MyanmarToday, I am proud to have been charged with treason by the military junta – because treason against the junta means that I am standing with the people of Myanmar, giving my life for their freedom, for federal democracy and for justice.In my life, I have witnessed the torture, forced labour, intimidation, rape and killing of my people by the same military Generals who today have accused me of high treason. These military Generals are the ones who today are ordering the army to kill unarmed civilians on streets across the country. This illegal and illegitimate regime have been committing atrocities and crimes against humanity for the last seventy years against the ethnic people. The Kachin, Karen, Kayah, Shan, Mon, Rakhine, Chin… In 1988, they killed hundreds of peaceful students, in 1997 they murdered unarmed civilians, in the 2007 saffron revolution, Buddhist monks were beaten and slaughtered. In 2017 they ordered ethnic cleansing against the Rohingya people. Throughout our history of independence, there has been bloodshed and suffering across our country committed by those that are meant to protect our people.It is these Generals that have committed acts of treason every day. Taking what they want for themselves, denying the people their rights, and oppressing those that stand in their way.Today, this declaration of treason is a declaration of war on federal democracy, freedom and justice. And we will not rest, until we have brought these criminals to justice. I stand for freedom, I stand for federal democracy, I stand for justice for my country and I continue to call for an end to military brutality and bloody violence. And again, I repeat those calls today. I will not rest. I will go on calling for international action, to stop the treason of the Generals for turning their battlefield weapons against unarmed civilians – the brave and courageous people of Myanmar – who are protesting for their freedom. This charge, which carries with it the death sentence, will not intimidate me, it will not deter me any more than the Generals’ threats will deter the brave people who are risking their lives every day on the streets across Myanmar.It is the Generals, the military junta who are the ones who should be charged with high treason and crimes against humanity, with ethnic cleansing and genocide. Every day we are collecting evidence of their crimes and we will not rest until we bring them to justice. We will not be deterred, we will go to international criminal courts so that justice is done for the people of Myanmar, once and for all.
